We will collect any Bulk Bag with straps as long as it is in good enough condition to be lifted when full. Make sure that it is not torn around the straps when you fill it, and that the bottom of the bag is not worn to the extent that it may disintegrate when the bag is lifted when full.

To collect, 1-3 Dumpy Bags cost £79.99 and 4 or more Dumpy Bags cost £69.99.

We will collect between 3-10 working days from placing the order

Position the bag carefully. Please bear in mind that the crane used to collect the bag cannot reach more than 3 metres from the side of the lorry and the lorry is the size of a dustcart. Leave the bag clear of walls, overhead wires, fences etc allowing a straightforward lift by the crane.

The maximum weight that the bag can carry is 1 tonne. We cannot be held responsible if the bag splits on loading.

As a rule, you should only load Dumpy Bags to the height of the sides. Overloaded Dumpy Bags can be dangerous to lift and transport. We reserve the right to refuse to collect your Dumpy Bag if it is loaded above the sides.

The small Dumpy Bags are approximately 0.9 cubic meters and the larger bags are 1.2 cubic meters.

No, as long as your Dumpy Bag is positioned correctly for us to collect you do not have to be present for collection.

Once your bag is full, call us to organise collection. Bags will be collected within 3-10 working days of placing the order.

Our collection vehicles are the same size as your standard bin/refuse truck.

We aim to recycle as much as possible at our licensed sites

When posted, the bag should arrive at your address within 2 days from dispatch.
