How it works
Easy as 1, 2, 3
1. Book
Call or email us to order your dumpy bag. £9.99 for the standard 90cm x 90cm x 90cm size or £12.99 for our larger 90cm x 90cm x 140cm
2. Fill
Fill the bag with your household, garden and building waste (no heavier than 1 tonne)
3. Collect
Call us when your bag is full to organise a collection. Your bag(s) will be collected within 5 working days.
Please ensure that the bag is left within 3m of the roadside
Please ensure that the bag is left within 3m of the roadside so that our lorries can have access to get to the bags with their cranes. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse the collection if the bag is in an unsuitable condition of the lift is deemed unsafe.
Things to remember
Condition
If you are reusing a bag please make sure that it is not torn around the straps when you fill it, and that the bottom of the bag is not worn to the extent that it may disintegrate when the bag is lifted when full.
Weight
The maximum weight that the bag can carry is 1 tonne. We cannot be held responsible if the bag splits on loading.
Restrictions
We are licensed carriers of waste and as such have a duty of care to ensure that only ordinary household, construction and garden waste is collected.
